Tom Selleck brings another labor of love to the small screen with the original TNT western CROSSFIRE TRAIL. Based on the novel by celebrated author Louis L'Amour, the story opens in 1880, off the coast of California. At sea, Rafe Covington (Selleck) watches his best friend Charles Rodney die, but promises him that he will return to his home turf of Wyoming to take care of his ranch and his wife. Arriving in the small town, Rafe meets the gorgeous Ann Rodney (Virginia Madsen), who is being wooed by the town's most powerful landowner, Bruce Barkow (Mark Harmon). Along with his friends Rock Mulaney (David O'Hara) and J. T. Langston (Christian Kane), Rafe settles on Rodney's farm, enlisting the aid of wise ranch hand Joe Gill (Wilford Brimley). When it becomes clear that Barkow is simply gunning for the Rodney ranch, Rafe stands up for his friend's good name and professes to maintain control of it. But the arrival of hired gunman Bo Dorn (Brad Johnson) threatens to ruin those plans once and for all. Selleck, who first met L'Amour during the shooting of 1979's THE SACKETS, shows his unflinching reverence for the author with this stellar adaptation, directed with extreme sensitivity by Simon Wincer (LONESOME DOVE).DVD Features:Region 1Snap CaseAnamorphic Widescreen - 1.66Audio:Additional Release Material:Text/Photo Galleries: Biographies - 1. The Outlaw (DVD) The Outlaw (DVD) » The Outlaw (DVD)

Doc Holliday (Walter Huston) meets the notorious Billy the Kid (Jack Beutel), who has stolen his horse. Doc's old friend Pat Garrett, now a sheriff, wants to arrest the Kid for murder, but Doc helps his young friend flee to a hideout, where Billy meets Rio (Jane Russell), a beautiful young woman who soon finds herself falling in love with him. As Doc and Billy try to evade the law, they run into a series of adventures involving Indians and gunfights, culminating in a fierce showdown. Under the control of director/ producer Howard Hughes, THE OUTLAW became both a classic Western and a tribute to the charms of its leading lady, 19-year-old Jane Russell, whose cleavage was featured prominently in the film's publicity. As a result, THE OUTLAW became one of the most controversial films of the 1940s, leading to a protracted battle with censors that only added to the film's allure. The story of Pat Garrett, Doc Holliday, and Billy the Kid sharply veers from historical reality but the result is a fun and engaging classic that stands out from other Westerns of the era.DVD Features:Region 1 EncodingJewel Case

Mister Rogers' Neighborhood - Adventures In Friendship (DVD) » Mister Rogers' Neighborhood - Adventures In Friendship (DVD)

One of the most successful children's shows in television history, MISTER ROGER'S NEIGHBORHOOD appealed to children across the generations for its simple, predictable format, and comforting tone. Debuting in 1968, the series stuck with its original format for its remaining 31 seasons until 2001. Though the show was mostly set in host Fred Rogers's living room, viewers were also transported to the Land of Make Believe via a toy train that bridged two real and imaginary worlds. Through daily visits from friendly neighbors and the occasional field trip, Rogers tackled topics large and small in a mild-mannered way that young viewers could understand. Adorned in his signature cardigan, Rogers exhibited immense sensitivity towards issues ranging from the first Gulf war to how to tie one's shoes. It was this gentle approach that really translated with a young audience and made the show distinct from others of its time. Though Rogers passed away in 2003, his legacy lives on through syndication and in the hearts of adults who grew up listening to his advice. ADVENTURES IN FRIENDSHIP is a collection of the show's most important lessons about the value of friendship.DVD Features:Note: Contains two 30 minute episodes:When Friends Fight andLove.Region (unknown)Keep CaseFull Frame - 1.33Additional Audio Material: Sing-Along - YOU ARE SPECIALInteractive Features: Read-Along - MAKING FRIENDSText/Photo Galleries: Text - Pizza Bagel RecipeAdditional Products: Booklet - Care-Giving Tips BookletDVD-ROM Features: DVD-ROM Game - 1.
