El Chinaco is something like the Robin Hood of the mining world. He single handedly restores the balance of power by stealing the wealth and goods from the mines and dispersing it equally to the impoverished people who deserve it. When someone dresses up like El Chinaco and commits murder, naturally the community rises up against him.
