In this classic, action-packed western, Roy plays a border investigator aided by a western novelist (Dale Evans) in catching a group of smugglers. Rex Gridley (John McGuire) owns a worthless mine, but has found a way to make a profit by mining silver from a Mexican mine along the border and then smuggling it into his own mine.
